In case of any event that your products are delivered in damaged condition, you can return the products within 7 days from the date of delivery. While returning, keep in mind the product that is used and missing of the original tag are not returnable. Make sure that you sent the returned product along with all the freebies, original packing, copy of the invoice and a clear unboxing video with no cut and pause.
Although we make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed by any chance you found an issue or defective product don’t worry we are happy to help. You can initiate a return request by mailing us at email@example.com with your Current address, Order ID and clear description of returning the product with a photo attached to start the refund procedure.
Our courier partner will collect the order from the provided address (within India). Customers need not pay any shipping charges to return the product.
